Skills and Responsibilities:
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) an asset
• Experience as a Project Manager with at least 7 years’ experience managing projects with large budget, complex solutions and over multiple years.
• Excellent leadership, communication, management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to run effective project meetings, workshops and/or other forums as needed.
• Ability to work with stakeholders at different levels including executives.
• Ability to work with and coordinate cross functional teams including vendor partners
• Ability to support, influence and negotiation project decisions through priority and data
• Knowledge of different project management methodologies
• Insurance background an asset but not mandatory
• Experience with Cloud and Guidewire technologies an asset
• Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate complex scenarios.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Suite(Excel, PowerPoint, Word),Teams and SharePoint
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
